Field Employee Group Benefit Program
 

The health and well-being of you and your family are important to us. That's why we offer you a choice of benefits to help meet you and your family members insurance needs.
You can choose from these payroll-deducted insurance benefits

  • Medical Coverage
  • Dental Coverage
  • Term Life and Accidental Death Benefit
  • Short Term Disability


Some of the features of our Field Employee Group Benefit Program are:

  • Guaranteed Acceptance: You cannot be turned down if you sign up during your enrollment period. Note that a pre-existing medical condition might limit your coverage in some situations.
  • No Coordination of benefits: Benefits are paid regardless of any other coverage you might have.
  • Family Coverage : You can enroll your eligible dependents in the Medical and Dental plans and they will have the same coverage as you. You can also enroll them in Dependent Term Life benefits if you enroll in the Term Life coverage.
  • Toll-Free Customer Service: Have a question before or after you enroll? Customer Service Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 8 pm EST to answer your questions. Just call 1-800-977-6974.


Vacation Pay *
Hard work pays off! After you have completed 1500 hours during a single calendar year, you may request one week's additional pay (to a maximum of 40 hours) as vacation pay. The pay rate will be calculated as follows: 1500 hours/ number of weeks it took to earn the 1500 hours= number of hours of vacation you will receive at your average pay rate for that same period. Your overtime hours even accrue as straight time hours.


Holiday Pay *
Happy Holidays! Any employee who works 825 hours in the 26 weeks preceding the holiday and who works their average weekly hours in the work week prior to the holiday as well as the day before and the day after the holiday will receive up to eight (8) hours pay, based on their current rate of pay. We recognize six (6) holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.


Referral Bonuses
We're always looking for dependable, qualified people. Do you know someone who's looking for work? Bring them to our attention and we'll reward you for the help. As soon as they've completed 80 hours on assignment with us, you will earn a cash bonus for the referral.


401(k) Savings Plan
It makes sense to save for the future. Our 401(k) makes it easy for anyone 21 years or older to put aside tax-deferred money for retirement. You may participate in this plan after you have worked 12-months and worked 1,000 hours within those 12-months


Employee Transfers
Our "family" of companies reaches across the country. If there is a transfer or relocation in your future, let us know your destination. We will forward your application and work history to our offices that are most convenient for you. Your accrued work hours will transfer with you and are immediately applicable to the programs that are available in your new location.


Never an Applicant Fee!
Any fee that arises is paid by the company that hires you. You are never charged a placement fee. That's all there is to it.
