Millennials (those born between 1982 and 2000) now make up more than a quarter of the US population - America's largest, surpassing Baby Boomers. Interestingly, recent research indicates that Millennial workers value very similar things as earlier generations and as such, companies should manage their Millennials much like they do the older generations.
