This position will require the employee to prepare outgoing shipments, organize inventory for easy retrieval as new orders come in, reviewing incoming and outgoing shipment schedules to maintain productive operations and documenting damages to inventory.

Shift: 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday

Pay: $15/hr

Shipping Clerk Responsibilities:

• Manages the shipment of all products, materials, and supplies.
• Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment of products.
• Tracks, traces, and updates the status of outgoing shipments.
• Prepares paperwork for shipments
• Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately.
• Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments.

Job Duties of the Entry-Level Maintenance Mechanic:

• Shadow experienced Technicians to gain experience in diagnosing failures and making necessary repairs to production line equipment
• Learn to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
• Use a computer maintenance management system to log activities and retrieve information about work orders
• Maintain a safe work environment by following all rules and procedures
• Learn about all aspects of their maintenance operations
• Install, assemble, and test new machines
• Troubleshoot and repair all equipment on the production line, raw material intake systems, conveyors, electric motors, hydraulics and pneumatics, replace bearings, rollers, and more.

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of their warehouse. • Manage work order status, receipt, material prep, start, finish, QA inspection, shipment.
• Oracle transactions updating status of work orders.
• Material preparation, inventory.
• Ensuring equipment maintenance performed.
• Running scripts to ensure all serial numbers have passing test logs before shipment.
• Perform First Article Inspections and quality audits in support of New Product and Introduction and in response to engineering change orders.
