RUIZ
Collect tortillas from equipment table tops and stacks tortillas in large plastic basket • Stack the correct amount of tortillas with proper height into delivery baskets according to established procedures • Cover tortillas with plastic in each individual basket • Make visual inspection of tortilla products to ensure quality specifications are consistent with company standards • Report quality issues to machine operator and need to stop process if product is not meeting quality specifications • Perform work in a fast paced environment and maintain production requirements
