Immediate Openings for Warehouse Team Leads in Bensenville, IL!
Working team leads will assist with production while motivating a leading a team on the production floor!
Days: Monday thru Friday and Sunday (must be flexible)
Hours: 6:30pm – 4:30am (Start & End time will vary)
Job Duties:
- Lead a group of 15 team members
- Motivate, encourage, assign tasks on a daily basis
- Conduct inventory & cycle counting as needed/required
- Ensure daily tasks are met
- Processing mail
- Learning rejects
Ideal candidate:
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
- Be flexible and able to work extended hours when needed
- Ability to work with deadlines
- Ability to establish priorities to direct and motivate team and accomplish multiple tasks
- Ability to work entire shift standing and walking around
- Must be able to start as early as 6pm
- No High School diploma required
- Enjoy working in a TEAM environment
- NO STEEL TOE SHOES or PPE REQUIRED
