Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing administrative support for the human resources function including the areas of customer relations, and training. 
  • May maintain requisition and other logs, conduct reference checks on candidates, schedule conferences, and prepare purchase authorizations
  • Responsible for distributing office correspondence and directing incoming calls
  • Maintain logs of materials received/distributed
  • Coordinate meeting arrangements
  • Assist in filing and organizing other materials. 
  • Assist with general administrative duties 

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ year of Logistics or related field
  • Detail Oriented
  • MS Word & Excel
  • Strong communication skills
