Warehouse Associates needed for distribution warehouse in Tunkhannock, PA

$21.00 Per hour

Temp to Hire

$100 Unlimited Referral Bonuses

6:00pm-6:15am Rotating 12 hour shift

Warehouse Associate Duties:

Responsible for the accurate storing, shipping, and receiving of product to meet company standards or safety, security, and productivity.
Manually load and unload freight in an efficient and safe manner.
Provide physical labor to move product to storage areas with proper material handling equipment and efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate area.
Assemble various types of merchandise to be shipped.
Sort, recoup, pack, mark, and label materials.
Check or count freight for accuracy and/or damage and infestation.
Perform duties needed for assembling displays and other specialty value-added services per the customers’ requirements.
Participate in physical inventories.
Performs general grounds/building maintenance.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

3 months recent experience working in a distribution center or warehouse a plus
Able to work 8, 10 or 12 hours shifts
Able to carry, twist, push, pull products and lift up to 50 lbs
Able to stand, walk and bend for the entire shift
Experience working with technology -RF scanners, warehouse computers a plus
Able to follow written and verbal work instructions
Able to count accurately
