Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee records management, and general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (Paycom)
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Help coordinate training sessions and HR events.
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and new hire guides.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant
- Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, Must know Excel
- Paycom - highly preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
