Customer Service Rep needed in Northlake IL
Shift : 1st Shift
Hours : 8:30am-5:00pm
Pay : $19-$20 ( base of experience)
Job Description:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding shipments, delivery times, and order status.
- Track and trace shipments to provide real-time updates to customers.
- Coordinate with warehouses, drivers, and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Handle complaints, delays, or damaged goods professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist in scheduling pickups and deliveries.
- Use logistics software and systems to manage orders and update shipment statuses.

Requirements:
- Able to work overtime if required
- Active listening skills with a strong attention to detail;
- Service orientation - actively looking for ways to help people
- Resume/interview Required
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Basic working knowledge of SAP (preferred)
