Job Opening: Forklift-All lifts

Client in Garner/ Knightdale area looking for experienced Forklift drivers.

Inventory is a plus!

Monday through Friday – 1st and 2nd shift.

job description:

• Operate all types of forklifts and powered industrial trucks (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, order picker, clamp truck, etc.) safely and efficiently.

• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers according to company procedures.

• Transport materials to designated locations within the warehouse or production area.

• Stack, organize, and rotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.

• Perform daily pre-operation inspections and report any equipment malfunctions or safety issues.

• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and material verification as required.

• Follow all workplace safety rules, policies, and procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

• Support general warehouse duties when forklift operation is not required.

• Able to pass assessments and Valid forklift certification

• Minimum [1–3] years of forklift operating experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting.

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory handling, and safety procedures.

• Ability to read and interpret work orders, invoices, and material labels.

• Physically able to lift up to [50 lbs / 23 kg] and work on your feet for extended periods.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
