JOB SUMMARY: 

MUST HAVE MINIMUM 1 YEAR LEAD EXPERIENCE DIRECTING WAREHOUSE FORK-LIFT OPERATORS.  Operate powered industrial trucks to load and unload materials and deliveries and move them to and from storage areas, machines and loading docks, into trucks or storage facilities. Monitors the dock areas and any other areas instructed by Supervisor or Manager. Supervises the warehouse personnel to ensure productivity remains at a high level and assists in resolving any problems on the floor. Manages order flow to ensure daily requirements are fulfilled. Assists in overseeing warehouse inventories.

•Loading and unloading goods from trucks

•Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility

•Stacking goods in the correct storage bays, following inventory control instructions

•Checking loads are secure

•Stacking empty pallets

•Performing daily equipment checks such as recharging the truck’s battery and lubricating equipment

•Examining products to verify conformance to quality standard
