Job Opening: Machine Operator

We are hiring experienced Machine Operators in Mission, TX!

Schedule: Monday- Friday, Saturday

Starting pay: $13.50 per hour 

Weekly pay!

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor flexographic printing presses during production.
• Mix inks, match colors, and verify print quality throughout the run.
• Mount plates, load materials, and prepare tooling with accuracy and care.
• Maintain proper registration, pressure, and ink density during printing.
• Keep the workstation and press equipment clean, organized, and safe.?
• Assist with routine mechanical adjustments and notify maintenance of larger issues.
• Handle dies, aniloxes, and press components carefully to avoid damage.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet production

Machine Operator Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator
• Manufacturing or printing experience is a plus — but not required.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs safely, as required for press operation, material handling,
  and machine setup.
• Comfortable working with machinery and basic hand tools.
• Able to stand for extended periods and work safely around rotating equipment.
• Reliable and willingness to learn a specialized trade.
