About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Reach Truck Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating reach trucks to move, stack, and organize materials efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate reach truck forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials
• Move products to designated storage areas and retrieve items for shipment
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory control processes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow company policies and OSHA safety standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid forklift certification/license (reach truck experience required)
• 1+ years of warehouse or material handling experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying warehouse conditions
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
