Staffing Office Recruiter Office
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM -5 PM
Job Summary: The Recruiter is responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates to meet client or organizational staffing needs. This role plays a key part in the full-cycle recruitment process — from job posting and candidate outreach to on-boarding and retention support — while ensuring a positive candidate and client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and client to understand workforce needs and job requirements.
- Post job openings across multiple platforms and use creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and other per-employment requirements.
- Extend offers and facilitate on-boarding, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
- Track and report key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and source effectiveness.
- Participate in job fairs, community events, and networking opportunities to promote the company and expand the talent pipeline.
- Partner with management and HR to improve recruiting processes and enhance candidate engagement. Support retention initiatives and assist with employee relations as needed.
- Bilingual – English/Spanish
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of recruiting experience (staffing agency or high-volume recruiting experience preferred).
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience recruiting for light industrial, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing roles.
