Warehouse – Order Fulfillment

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including picking, scanning, consolidating, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This role plays a key part in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth flow of materials throughout the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Fulfillment Support

• Begin the consolidation process once the order fulfillment team has completed picking.

2. Location Maintenance & Updates

• Maintain and update the location of each tote by scanning it to the assigned destination using an RF scanner.
• Ensure accurate tracking of all items throughout the warehouse.

3. Monitoring Completed Orders

• Utilize the AWL (Automated Warehouse Logistics) system to monitor completed orders and identify which are ready for consolidation and packing.

4. Packing & Preparation

• Pack and prep items for shipment by organizing them efficiently into boxes or totes.
• Ensure secure and professional packaging for outbound orders.

5. Certification & Part Number Verification

• Verify required certifications and confirm all part numbers are legible and correct prior to packing.
• Ensure compliance with quality and shipping standards.

6. Hand Count Verification

• Manually count items to verify accuracy on hand count orders before final packing.

7. Final Scanning & Inventory Updates

• Scan completed totes or boxes to their proper locations.
• Ensure the inventory system updates successfully and reflects accurate order status.

Experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or logistics preferred. Ability to use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (training provided). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
