Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Brokerage Customer Service Representative to support producers and clients by managing day-to-day servicing of accounts. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a solid understanding of brokerage products, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced brokerage environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in brokerage or agency environment preferred
- Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
