Machine Operator (2nd & 3rd Shift)

Location: Raleigh, NC

Pay: $20–$25/hr (based on experience)

Shifts:

• 2nd Shift: 3:30pm – 11:30pm
• 3rd Shift: 11:30pm – 7:30am

Position Overview

We are seeking skilled Machine Operators with strong mechanical aptitude to support production on 2nd and 3rd shift. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of manufacturing experience, can lift up to 50 lbs, and are comfortable performing machine maintenance, folding inserts, and reading/interpreting production documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production machinery
• Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and adjustments
• Fold inserts and handle materials as needed
• Read and interpret work orders, instructions, and production documents
• Use computers for data entry, tracking, and documentation
• Perform basic math for measurements and quality checks
• Maintain clear vision accuracy for inspections and machine monitoring
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Requirements

• 2–3 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong mechanical skills
• Ability to read and interpret documents and instructions
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shift
