Job Opening: Machine Operator – Multiple Shifts

ProLogistix – Kenosha, WI is hiring on behalf of a leading manufacturing partner in Kenosha for a Machine Operator.

Schedule: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd available

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate filling lines based on production orders while following established procedures
• Adjust equipment, perform minor repairs, and troubleshoot issues to maintain efficiency and reduce downtime
• Inspect materials and monitor production to ensure quality standards and accurate fill levels are met
• Complete required GMP documentation and production records accurately and on time
• Verify correct materials are used and report/isolate any non-conforming product
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and productivity standards, including supporting team training and operating material handling equipment as needed

Qualifications:

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Basic math skills with strong mechanical aptitude and prior hands-on experience
• Proven experience operating filling and packaging equipment preferred
• Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented approach
