Pay and Schedule

• Pay: $19.50/hr
• Location: Aurora, CO
• Schedule: 6:00am-2:30pm Wednesday & Friday off

Responsibilities

• Sort incoming boxes by UPC code and designated pallet locations.
• Build and organize pallets according to shipping requirements.
• Secure completed pallets using shrink wrap.
• Move pallets safely throughout the warehouse using a manual pallet jack.
• Verify product labels and maintain accuracy while sorting.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Meet daily production and quality expectations.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately sort products by UPC codes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a diverse, multilingual workplace.
• Previous warehouse, production, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience is a plus but not required.
