Responsibilities include providing logistical support to service
Technicians, qualify every request for service, communicate schedule to the customer, inform service manager of work progress, customers relations, filed personnel relations, advise service manager on customer complaints, keeping the customer informed, dispatch service personnel to satisfy customer problems based on skills, nature of problems, match technician skill level with customer issue/problem.
7am to 6pm M-F Must be able to speak and read English fluently
3 Years Dispatching Experience
Experience in logistics, shipping and receiving
Custome Service Experience no Call center
East Valley area
