Job Summary:

This position works heavily within, SAP, SFDC, This role assists with booking Cloud Flex, Business and Office orders. This role is also the support to Clearspan Sales team providing equipment quotes. Attention to detail is a must, multi-tasking and organizational skills must be strong as well as strong compliance with audit controls. Looking for a team player, with a great attitude, excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn. All tasks are performed on a daily basis within ,SAP, SFDC, Office365, SharePoint Responsibilities: Provide support for the Reverse Logistics team. Prepare YRTN orders by working with Sales Create reports with in SAP and SFDC Communicate with Operations regarding: Implementation hours to be included on Clearspan quotes; Relevant caveats; Scope-of-Work content, etc. Perform SFDC order management activities which include: Review customer Purchase Orders to insure correct pricing, and Create Notifications in SAP. Communicate directly with SFDC customers to: Process changes to orders; Provide shipping/tracking information; Research customer invoice inquiries to resolve order/payment issues, etc. Close out SFDC orders Create reports for month-end management review. Includes creating upload reports to update SFDC for new leases and terminations. Respond to emails for assistance with checking customer equipment, contract status, etc. Process and book all YRTN, YRE in SAP.

Job Requirements

Past SAP and SFDC a plus, but not necessary.

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required education and experience: High School Diploma or higher required. 2-3 years’ previous experience in an inventory or accounting role.

Preferred education and experience: Previous SAP and SFDC a plus, but not required; Intermediate Skill Level in Excel;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to deal with a professional client base; Working knowledge of the industry is helpful.

Work environment: Job function performed in a cubicle open office environment. • Physical demands: Long periods of sitting and working on a computer. • Position type and expected hours of work: Full-time position with typical workday Monday through Friday 8-5pm MST. On occasion overtime required as well as weekends at quarter end.
