CSR/Shipping Receiving Coordinator

Our Garden City client is looking for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for their busy warehouse!

Duties include:

  • Coordinate workload allocation between warehouse workers material handlers, and drivers
  • Prepare work orders
  • Troubleshoot orders and resolve discrepancies as needed
  • Allocate and release orders sent for loading and unloading
  • Allocate and research inventory for orders
  • Enter data for inbound and/or outbound freight into the warehouse management system (WMS) and Bills of Lading (BOLs)
  • Maintain and generate required reports
  • Process, audit, and file various documentation
  • Communicate effectively with carriers, customers, employees, and management

1+ years of Shipping and Receiving Clerk/Customer Service experience in a warehouse environment required. Must be proficient with Word, Outlook and Excel and experienced with Warehouse Management Systems and Bills of Lading.

Shift Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Job Requirements

All candidates must have 3+ months experience working in a warehouse environment, be able to lift 40+ lbs safely, work well with a team and be able to work overtime/weekends.
