Forklift Operator
Mooresville, IN
Shifts & Base Pay:
Monday – Thursday 7AM-5:30PM $19.00 per hour
Friday – Sunday 6AM-6:30PM $20.75 per hour
Job duties will include:
– Reach truck
– Cherry picker
– Other PIT operation May also need to work on general warehouse duties as follows:
– Verify product, identify and search through WMS as needed
– Inspected for damages and perform quality audits and complete any generated reports
– Organize and perform cycle counts, reporting any discrepancies
– Cross train and support other functions or departments as needed
– Down stack, load/unload, palletize and put product away
– General housekeeping of warehouse/department and maintains a clean and sanitary work environment
Skills and Competencies
– At least 3 months of forklift use in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
– Inventory or Quality Control experience in a Distribution Center environment preferred.
– Knowledge of WMS system
– Ability to communicate in English or Spanish, or Bi-lingual
– Must be able to read, write, and speak in English
– Ability to problem solve and have good Math skills
– Highly motivated, a team-player, and self-starter. High level of dependability
– Ability to multi-task and work with a sense of urgency in a fast paced environment
– Willing to cross train and support other functions or departments as needed
– Safety Shoes required (Steel or composite toes)

Job duties will include:
Perform Facility Maintenance tasks including patching and painting walls, patching floors, replacing lights, repair racking, office furniture moves and setups and other facilities related tasks Conduct minor troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance on conveyor equipment Document all work worker activities including labor, parts and inventory used and closing the work order to provide documented records of the maintenance performed. Follow lockout-tag out procedures, confined space procedures and other safety and environmental procedures and policies as required. Complete pass down logs to inform co-workers of the operational status of the facilities.
Skills and Competencies:
– 2-4 years experience with facility maintenance in a medium to large distribution center or manufacturing operation
– 2-4 years experience working around conveyors, pneumatics, AC/DC motor skills and industrial electrical systems
– Functional Competencies: Ability to work with high and low voltage, AC and DC Highly motivated, ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, focused, self-starter and team player Proficient experience in MS Office (Word, Outlook & Excel) Experienced with hand and power tools Forklift experience (Raymond Reach, sit down, EPJ & Order Picker) Repetitive bending, lifting, twisting, grasping, climbing and walking
