Job Opening: Customer Service Rep

Are you an experienced warehouse customer service representative seeking your next career opportunity? ProLogistix is currently hiring skilled warehouse operators for a reputable client in Spartanburg, SC.

As an customer service representative, you will play a key role in the production of cardboard boxes. Your responsibilities will include receiving orders via email, entering orders into the VMS system, troubleshooting errors, issue orders to operators, check orders, print shipping labels, and print/track bill of ladings.

Schedule: 

Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm 

• During periods of high production, may work a Saturday.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a warehouse customer service rep.
• A stable work history is essential.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
