Schedule: 9:30 PM  until done with processing orders

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead is responsible to coach and train teammates to fulfill their individual daily tasks in addition to the Lead’s own tasks.
• The Lead may have various responsibilities based on the specific department, this can include, but is not limited to shipping/receiving, packaging, inventory control, general warehouse functions or material handling operators (i.e. forklift operators).
• The lead will provide backup to the supervisor as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of Stand-up Crown, Class II forklift experience
• 1 year of Warehouse Lead experience 
• Valid Driver License
• Ability to supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues related to inventory, shipments, or warehouse efficiency.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and barcode scanners.
