Job Title: Warehouse CSR
Location: New Albany, OH
Schedule: Part-Time | 3 Days per Week | 12-Hour Shifts AM and PM
Pay Rate: $20/hour
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our distribution center team. In this vital role, you will support daily operations by providing responsive, accurate service to both internal teams and external clients. Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, status updates, and service requests

Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely processing and delivery

Communicate order statuses, inventory issues, or delays to both customers and internal teams

Coordinate closely with warehouse teams to support on-time order fulfillment and resolution of exceptions

Investigate and resolve service issues such as discrepancies, delays, or damages

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in the system

Generate and distribute reports as required

Ensure compliance with all customer-specific SOPs and Amazon-specific service metrics

Collaborate with team leads, supervisors, and operations staff to maintain service excellence

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

1–3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or warehousing

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word)

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive under pressure in a time-sensitive environment
