Job Opening: Office Clerk
Description
We are hiring Office Clerks!
Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm
Starting pay: $12.00-$14.00 p/h, Paid weekly!
Office Clerk Responsibilities:
- Answering the phone at a reception desk or in a specific department and transferring calls as needed
- Collecting, filing and organizing office documents, such as reports and confidential records
- Managing digital document filing and email correspondence
- Sorting and delivering incoming mail and collecting and sending outgoing mail
- Preparing or processing invoices
- Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
- Perform other office duties as assigned
Office Clerk Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as an Office Clerk or other clerical position
- Familiarity with office procedures
- Working knowledge of office devices and processes
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
