Job Opening: Maintenance Mechanic

Well known Warehouse located in the City of Victorville is seeking to hire a Maintenance Mechanic to join their awesome team!

Maintenance Mechanic Pay: $30 hourly

Maintenance Worker Schedule: 2^nd and 3^rd shifts available

 Maintenance Worker job responsibilities and duties. 

• Cleans, lubricates, and adjusts parts, equipment, and machinery.
• Observes and test the operation of machinery and equipment to diagnose malfunctions.
• Repairs and replaces broken or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment.
• Disassembles machinery and equipment to remove parts and make repairs.
• Performs routine preventative maintenance to ensure machines continue to run smoothly; building systems operate efficiently; and physical condition of building does not deteriorate.
• Inspects drives, motors, and belts, checks fluid levels, replace filters, and performs other maintenance actions, following checklist.
• Throughout the facility inside and outside, assembles, installs, and/or repairs wiring, electrical and electronic components, machinery, and equipment.
• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
• Inspects electrical system, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
• Tests electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, and equipment
• Performs other duties as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor or Management.

Maintenance Mechanic job requirements

• Experience using hand and electrical tools.
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of an apprenticeship is preferred.
