Are you a proactive and experienced leader with a background in warehouse operations? ProLogistix is looking for a skilled and reliable Team Lead to join our respected company in Fountain Inn, SC. This is an exciting opportunity to guide and motivate a dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment while ensuring efficiency, safety, and top-notch performance.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and Lead: Manage and guide a team of warehouse clerks, assigning daily tasks and ensuring that deadlines are met.

• Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and support to new and existing team members, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.

• Performance Monitoring: Track team performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies for continuous improvement in productivity.

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and warehouse procedures, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise in daily operations, such as inventory discrepancies, equipment malfunctions, or delays in shipments.

• Reporting: Provide daily and weekly reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and any operational challenges.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse team lead role.

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory position.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
