Warehouse – Forklift Operator
2nd Shift

• First 2 weeks training daytime
• Schedule: Monday – Friday: 2:30pm – 11ish (swing shift) – potential for OT
• Pay Rate: Starting rate $24.29 – some hours will have differential of $2.50

Summary:

We are looking for detail-oriented candidates who have a demonstrated work history of shift work, in addition to working injury free and following workplace/plant safety practices and procedures. Experience in a manufacturing environment – plastics extrusion process experience is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Safety – must participate in daily safety routines (both as an individual and team member)
• Use of basic hand and power tools (including chainsaw)
• Assist teammates as required. 
• Work safely in a team-oriented environment.

Job Requirements

• Previous forklift and/or heavy equipment experience preferred.
• General knowledge and experience using various types of hand tools.
• Basic computer and math skills
• A demonstrated history of learning and applying new information and technology with math and learning skills
• Proficient in communication in the English language (both verbal and written)
• Capable of lifting approximately 50 lbs. waist high without an assist
• Capable of standing for long periods of time on concrete flooring
• Capable of climbing of ladder
• Use/drive forklifts, pallet jacks, bins and platform ladders
• Bend and stoop for 8-10 hours
• Grip, grasp, twist
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Repetitive motion for 8-10 hours
• Stand for 8-10 hours
• Steel toes or composite shoes
• Valid driver's license
