Job Title: Inventory Cycle Counter
Location: Newnan, GA
Employment Type: Full-Time | Performance-to-Hire 

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM + required overtime and weekends as needed 

Pay: $18-$19 per hour

We specialize in delivering top-tier third-party logistics (3PL) services to a wide range of clients. Our mission is to provide efficient, accurate, and scalable warehousing and distribution solutions. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Cycle Counter to join our growing team.

Position Overview:
As an Inventory Cycle Counter, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of inventory levels within our warehouse. You will conduct routine cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure proper documentation of all inventory activities. This role requires the safe operation of a Cherry Picker and comfort working at elevated heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts of inventory according to schedule

• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies or variances

• Accurately input data into WMS (Warehouse Management System)

• Operate a Cherry Picker to access inventory stored at various heights

• Ensure inventory is organized, properly labeled, and stored in correct locations

• Communicate effectively with warehouse leads, supervisors, and other departments

• Follow safety procedures and participate in maintaining a clean, safe work environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in inventory control and cycle counting (required)

• Proficient in using WMS and handheld RF scanners

• Comfortable working at heights

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

• Flexible and reliable, with a team-first mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a 3PL or high-volume distribution environment

• Forklift certification(s) in additional equipment (Reach Truck, Sit-down, etc.)
