Job Opening: Delivery Driver

Now Hiring Delivery Driver for a warehouse in Pharr, TX!

Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 8am-6pm

Pay: $12-13/hr. Paid weekly

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Operate 26-foot box trucks and flatbed trucks to deliver produce to customers and retail locations. 
• Conduct pre and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
• Load and unload produce with proper handling to maintain quality and freshness. 
• Navigate local and regional delivery routes efficiently, maximizing time management. 
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork, ensuring all deliveries are documented. 
• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, management, and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise. 
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including packing, inventory management, and organization of produce. 
• Operate forklifts safely and effectively to move and manage inventory. 
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and warehouse.

Delivery Driver Requirements & Skills:

• Valid Class C driver's license with a clean driving record. 
• Proven experience driving 26-foot box trucks and flatbed trucks. 
• Forklift certification and experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting. 
• Familiarity with warehouse packing and inventory management processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. 
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy items and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
