Job Title: Warehouse Lead
Location: New Albany, OH
Schedules Available:

1A Shift (Day Shift): 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Week 1: Sunday to Tuesday
- Week 2: Sunday to Wednesday
2A Shift (Night Shift): 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Week 1: Sunday to Tuesday
- Week 2: Sunday to Wednesday
1B Shift (Day Shift): 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Week 1: Wednesday to Saturday
- Week 2: Thursday to Saturday
2B Shift (Night Shift): 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Week 1: Wednesday to Saturday
- Week 2: Thursday to Saturday

Pay Rate: $26/hour

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Lead to support and guide daily warehouse activities in our busy distribution center. This hands-on role combines inventory handling, team coordination, and equipment operation. If you thrive in a fast-paced, transparent environment and have a strong background in warehouse logistics, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload freight accurately and safely
Assist in inventory control, product rotation, and visual inspection
Identify and report damaged or misrouted shipments
Sort inbound and outbound freight by size and destination
Coordinate transportation in and out of the warehouse
Communicate area needs and issues with Warehouse Supervisor
Help determine daily workload and delegate warehouse tasks in coordination with leadership
Identify and report process or system issues
Maintain high quality and safety standards in all warehouse activities
Provide service and support to internal and external customers

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent required
4–6 years of Lead experience in a distribution center
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to lead and delegate tasks in a warehouse setting
Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment
Attention to detail, safety, and service quality
Reliable, organized, and a proactive problem-solver
