Job Opening: Batcher

ResourceMFG is looking for hard-working individuals in the Holland, MI area! These are temp to hire for the right candidates. We are looking for a Batcher.

2nd shift: Monday-Friday 6pm-2am

Pay: $20.00/hour

The Batcher is responsible for preparing and mixing of appropriate ingredients required to produce finished syrup from calculation for bottling, canning, and premix/post-mix operations based upon number of cases and tanks scheduled for production each shift.

Job Requirements:

• Steel toed shoes and safety glasses are required
• Assessments will be given
• Standing, bending, lifting is required

Tasks to Perform:

• Control flow of syrup to production lines, mix and blend ingredients to create various batches
• set equipment parameters for operation
• perform quality checks as required
• perform sanitation
• inventory and control ingredients
• receive, monitor and control sugar
• maintain records
• operate forklift truck
• follow all policies and procedures, including safety
• Training will be on 1st shift at 6AM. Once training ends the talent will start their regular scheduled shift
