Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Gather and review necessary documentation for liquid plant and refinery cargoes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Prepare and submit data for customs clearance, particularly for molasses pipes, ensuring all information is accurate and timely.
- Update USDA documents regularly to maintain compliance with industry regulations.
- Oversee logistics for molasses and bulk customers, ensuring efficient and timely handling of shipments.
- Communicate and coordinate with carriers to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries for liquid plant shipments.
- Upload and manage freight charges for liquid plant, molasses, and bulk cargoes, ensuring accurate data input.
- Address SAP issues related to the input of freight charges, ensuring accuracy in monthly financial summaries.
- Upload tanker wash information and perform quality checks to ensure all loading equipment and tanks are clean and compliant.
- Provide assistance to supervisors during after-hours incidents, such as invoice errors or access issues.
- Assist in ship unloading operations and manage molasses pipe crossovers during weekends.
- Follow up on loads and coordinate communications with clients and carriers, especially during after-hours shifts.
- Monitor ongoing operational issues, providing solutions to maintain workflow and efficiency.
- Serve as a primary contact for liquid plant, molasses, and refinery customers, addressing concerns and inquiries promptly.
- Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management and/or equivalent education or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in related field.
Computer Skills:
- Computer proficiency Microsoft Office 365 suite
