Job Opening: Logistics Coordinator

Hiring Immediately for a Logistics Coordinator in Chino, CA

A local distribution of computer electronics in Chino is seeking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to hold the responsibility of performing assigned tasks while meeting company standards of safety, security, and productivity.

Temp to hire opportunity and growth within the company.

Shifts Available: 

1st : Monday to Friday 5am-1:30pm possible overtime daily and on weekends depending on business needs.

2nd : Monday to Friday 12:30pm-9pm possible overtime daily and on weekends depending on business needs.

** 2nd shift will train on 1st shift hours for 2 weeks. 

Pay Rates: 

1st – $21

2nd – $22 

Job Duties:

• Coordinating all outbound loads with carriers and internal customers
• Scheduling carrier pick ups and creating BOLs
• Creating and preparing daily picks for operations team
• Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirements
• Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, etc.
• Participate in daily SIM’s, updating the team on delivery and or quality issues
• Contribute to productivity by supporting and implementing quality, delivery and cost reduction objectives
• Assist in other areas when needed

• Resume required and interview with client 
• Must have a HS Diploma/GED
• Meet pre-screening requirements 
• Computer savvy and knowledge on Outlook, Excel, Microsoft suite, Oracle & Trax  
• Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements
• Outstanding organizational and coordinating skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
