Wilmington Area!!! Full-time Janitorial Workers Needed for 1st shift!!  Immediate start!

This is a performance to hire position! With good job performance exhibited, there is a possibility of becoming a permanent employee! Benefits available. 

Looking a dependable person with Janitorial experience in a commercial setting. 

• Cleaning and Maintenance:

• Maintain public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms, in a clean and organized state.

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.

• Ensure facilities are well-stocked with necessary supplies.

• Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.

Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings.

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds, and move around the facility.
• Able to work in  very cold environment. 
• Good customer service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively.
•  Attention to detail - meticulous.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work.
• Able to work as a team or work independently.
