Job Opening: Customer Service Rep

Supply chain warehouse in Shively is seeking a customer service rep to join their team! This is a temp to hire position, with possibility of direct hire, depending on experience.
Shift: Mon- Fri, 8am-4:30pm
Pay: $19-$20 per hour, based on experience
Job summary:
Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries. Build and maintain business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty.
Duties:
- Process orders through Ramp and Cadence
- Prepare and send reports per customer request
- Schedule transportation times and dates for inbound and outbound shipments
- Process all inbound shipments and outbound orders to ensure inventory accuracy
- Answer all customer questions, using other departments when necessary to ensure accuracy of information relayed
- Assist the warehouse personnel with requests for cycle counts, lot counts, inventory, etc.
- Works closely with accounts payable to make sure all customer charges are captured, and the billing sent to the customer is accurate.
- May be asked to assist in warehouse if needed
- May be required to work overtime as the account workload dictates
