Description
To ensure close cooperation with Branch, CCL management as well as Operational and Revenue Care Center managers and teams for an optimized customer experience Actively drive the Operational execution to arrange the transport requirements as per customer request. This includes arrangement of pick-up orders, flight planning and delivery orders. To actively manage interfaces and information / knowledge exchange between our customers and amongst KN teams To focus on continuous improvement on processes and controls aiming for a consistent customer centric model To focus on customer retention for the Air Logistics account portfolio To develop and on-board new customer opportunities, including direct visits to customers To focus on customer satisfaction through a high level of service quality To ensure service excellence by leveraging a high level of forwarding and market knowledge. To monitor reports and dashboard results in order to achieve internal and customer KPI’s To provide the customer the requested Air Logistics pricing in form of – Spot Quotation To ensure vendor management (e.g. trucking companies, airlines and special service) is in alignment with KN guidelines and customers requirements. To ensure global projects are managed with most pro-active communication within KN network and Customer. Manage shipments with special licenses, e.g. ITAR To ensure full financial goals are met which includes vendor and management
About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Air Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless collaboration between our branches, CCL management, and Operational and Revenue Care Center teams to optimize the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Actively manage operational execution by coordinating transport requirements based on customer requests, including pick-up orders, flight planning, and delivery orders.

Facilitate effective communication and knowledge exchange between customers and internal KN teams.

Focus on continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency and maintain a customer-centric approach.

Drive customer retention efforts within the Air Logistics account portfolio.

Develop and onboard new customer opportunities through direct engagement and visits.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service quality.

Leverage forwarding and market knowledge to uphold service excellence.

Monitor reports and dashboards to achieve internal and customer KPIs.

Provide Air Logistics pricing to customers via spot quotations.

Manage vendor relationships (e.g., trucking companies, airlines, and special service providers) in alignment with KN guidelines and customer requirements.

Oversee global projects with proactive communication within the KN network and customer base.

Manage shipments requiring special licenses, such as ITAR.

Ensure financial goals are met, including vendor oversight and overall budget management.
Qualifications:
