Position: Production Supervisor

Duration: Temp to Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; must be flexible with schedule changes

Pay Rate: $26.00/hour

• Crate Manufacturing and Assembly (2-4 years)
• Leadership Skills – proven experience leading a team
• Bilingual – strong written and verbal communication in both
• Safety Leadership – MUST demonstrate ability to promote safety-first culture
• Technical Proficiency – Strong skills and ability to quickly learn new software
• Blueprint Reading and Interpretation
• Industrial Tool proficiency
