Will Call Manufacturing Clerk

1st Shift

 * Must have prior experience with Valves/Fitting/Pipes.  Will Call for a Manufacturing Facility.

• Ensure designated equipment is in proper working condition (Computers, phones, etc.)
• Effectively communicates with department supervisors and upper management.  Utilizes the email groups to communicate with sales and customers.
• Provides continuous email updates of product in the Will Call Department.
• Tends to drivers and utilizes driver sign in sheet to identify which order to have loaded.
• Uses network software to look up PO numbers provided by the drivers.
• Keeps record of all Will Call leaving the facility.
• Ensures Will Call shipments are loaded in a timely manner.
• Properly matches shipments to the applicable loading forms ensuring vehicles are loaded with the correct material.
• Ensure orders are verified and all accompanying paperwork is correctly filled out.
• Processes all Will Call paperwork.
• Tracks Will Call pick-ups.
• Ensures that Photo verification of loaded product has been completed by the loaders.
• Attends safety meetings to identify departmental issues and discuss ways to correct them.
• Identifies areas of improvement while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
