We are currently looking for an experienced and capable Warehouse Lead. The starting pay will be $23/hour, with consideration for additional compensation based on experience. Below is the ideal candidate profile we are seeking: 

Required Experience & Responsibilities:

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse operations experience
• Proven ability to coordinate daily shipping and receiving operations
• Skilled in training, mentoring, and leading warehouse staff
• Ensures compliance with safety procedures and conducts routine audits and inspections
• Proactively addresses and resolves discrepancies or operational issues
• Monitors department supplies and communicates needs
• Capable of motivating team members to meet productivity goals
• Familiar with handling escalated issues and reporting them appropriately
• Maintains clean and safe work environments, including product aisles
• Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Able to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing demands
• Demonstrates analytical thinking and commitment to continuous improvement
• Forklift, reach truck, and stand-up lift certified
• Capable of lifting and handling shipments up to 50 lbs
• Proficient in warehouse management systems, RF scanners, and general computer use
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Works well independently and as part of a team
