Customer Service Representative – Inside Sales for ProLogistix of Lewisville
Day Shift Hours working Monday to Friday 

$20.00- $25.00 an hour depending on your experience

The Customer Service Representative’s responsibilities include: 

• Providing impeccable customer service
• Communicate well with a friendly and positive personality
• Answer customer questions
• Checking stock and Pricing
• Enter orders with client factories.
• Provide reports and metrics to support sales team
• Other related Customer Service and Inside Sales support tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Quickbooks, Outlook, Word, and Sharepoint
• Great communication skills
• Previous Customer Service experience preferred
