Job Opening: Forklift Driver

Our client in Elk Grove village is looking for a sit-down forklift driver 

Shift – Tuesday – Saturday 10am-6pm 

Pay- 18

Equipment Operator:

Equipment Operation

1. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and order pickers to move materials within the warehouse.

Inventory Management:

1. Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment based on work orders
2. Perform weekly inventory cycle counts and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.

Safety and Maintenance:

1. Inspect equipment daily to ensure it is in good working condition and report any maintenance needs.
2. Follow all safety protocols when operating warehouse equipment to prevent accidents and injuries.
3. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the proper storage of equipment and materials.

Documentation:

1. Ensure that all shipments are accurately documented and labeled according to company procedures.

Team Collaboration:

1. Work closely with other warehouse team members to ensure efficient operations and timely order fulfillment.
