Bilingual Staff Performance Manager

• Location: Monrovia/Mooresville – Easy route just off the I-70 exit
• Base Schedule: Friday – Sunday 5:30am – 6pm with the ability to support coverage outside your regularly scheduled shift as needed
• Compensation: $25 – $28 per hour (based on experience and skill set)

Job Functions: 

• Support weekend shift employees
• Provide client operations support
• Employee engagement
• Data reporting
• Performance Management
• Manage client and talent communications

Requirements: 

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills
• Ability to work independently
• Have sound judgement and ability to make decisions
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Conduct yourself professionally
• Reliable Transportation
• Excellent Attendance
• Ability to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time
