Job Opening: Yard Driver/Operator

We are currently seeking reliable and safety-focused Yard Drivers to join our team.
Yard Drivers are responsible for the safe movement of trailers and containers within the yard and dock areas.
This role plays a critical part in maintaining efficient operations and supporting the warehouse and transportation teams.

Responsibilities:

• Safely move trailers and containers to and from loading docks, yard areas, and designated locations

• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition

• Maintain communication with dispatch, warehouse, and other departments to coordinate trailer movement

• Ensure all moves are performed accurately and in a timely manner

• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies

• Complete and maintain required logs and paperwork

• Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or violations immediately

Requirements:

• Valid state-issued driver's license 

• Minimum of 2 years experience operating yard jockey or similar equipment

   

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and outdoor environment

• Strong attention to detail and safety

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or holidays if needed

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
