Job Opening: Forklift Operator/Material Handler

Hiring for Stand Up/Sit Down Forklift Operator in Fridley, MN!

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Payrate: $21.00-$24.00 (Depending on qualifications)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Immediate unload of all material and hardware

• Immediate receiving of all material and hardware

• Verification/Audits of incoming material and hardware

• Application of in-house labels for material and hardware

• Moving and storing incoming material and hardware to correct locations

• Packaging, wrapping, and transporting finished goods from workstations

• Tagging and labeling material and entering into system by PO

• Receiving material into JobBoss

• Making pallets when needed

• Assisting with Logistics tasks

• Operate a handheld scanner

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• General knowledge of warehouse, shipping and transportation procedures and practices preferred.

• Comfort and experience operating computers and a variety of computer software preferred.

• Valid Driver’s LicensE

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly

• Familiarity with Fabrication processes and material locations

• Good multi-tasking and prioritization skills

• Familiarity with JobBoss and the receiving/shipping processes

• Operate a forklift for several hours at a time
