Job Opening: Lead

Warehouse Lead Needed in the East Side of El Paso 

Pay Rate: $15/hr

Shift: Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate forklift operators during raw material loading and unloading activities.
•  Ensure proper verification of packing lists against received materials.
• Oversee and support data entry staff handling import documentation.
• Ensure all import shipments are audited thoroughly to avoid physical or system discrepancies.
•  Manage and coordinate material pick requests for EPM, EPV, and MRO needs.
•  Provide operational support as needed, especially during high-volume periods or staff absences.
•  Operate a forklift and assist with physical tasks.
•  Stand for prolonged periods when the operation requires it.
•  Maintain basic administrative tasks using Office tools and Outlook.

• Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office and Outlook).
• Forklift operation certification or ability to obtain it.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs or more and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process compliance.
• Must be available for overtime as needed. 
• Must be bilingual 
• Must have previous lead experience
