ProLogistix is seeking a Order Fulfillment Specialist to work in Olive Branch, MS

Shift: Mon-Fri 7am-5:30pm

Job Summary
The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing, and shipping of customer orders

Job Duties:
• Order Processing, accurately review, process, and confirm customer orders in the order management system. Ensure orders are fulfilled according to customer requirements, timelines, and shipping standards.

• Inventory Coordination: Check stock availability and coordinate with warehouse or inventory teams to allocate products.

• Shipping & Logistics Support: Prepare packing slips, shipping labels, and related documentation. Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners to ensure timely pickup and delivery.

• System & Data Accuracy Ensure data integrity related to order entry, shipping, and invoicing.
