Qualifications: 

• 6 months to 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• **Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred **
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills are critical. 
• Attention to detail is a top priority.
• Able to provide exceptional customer service.
• Understanding and following company’s  processes and procedures 
• Effective interpersonal skills- including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient computer skills- solid data entry with high accuracy rate, email, internet, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Desire for a career in supply chain/logistics.

Responsibilities:

As a warehouse coordinator, you would be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities with the truck drivers, and warehouse while ensuring company is staying in compliance with STA guidelines.

• Check Truck Driver's in and out
• Assist in the maintenance of a safe and organized warehouse environment, including adhering to safety protocols and regulations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve warehouse operations
• Assist with inspecting Freight, as needed.
• Coordinating with team and departments to ensure timely and accurate driver's pick up and drop off of Cargo/ Freight
• Computer skills a must, including MS Excel
